Lee's responsibility is to keep you all fit, strong and healthy during the coronavirus outbreak. The way he delivers his sessions will change but his mission does not. He has lots of online sessions open to anyone who wants to stay fit and healthy during these uncertain times.

1-1 ONLINE TRAINING VIA MY APP This is for people with gym equipment at home. You receive 4 workouts per week in a 4 weeks block. All sessions delivered straight to your mobile phone.

FREE FACEBOOK LIVE SESSIONS Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2pm for parents and kids.
