A beginners guide to losing body fat
Every day, I’m helping people at my personal training gym get into the best shape of their lives.
If you just starting out on your fat loss journey, here are my 3 top tips to help get you started 👍
1. Start very basic
Eliminate starchy sugary foods such as white bread and pasta and replace them with potato, whole grain rice and gluten free oats.
2. Hit your water goal
I recommend 2-3 litres per day.
3. Make a record of your daily food intake every day
This will highlight your consistencies and where your diet could be improved.
