Hartlaw LLP announce new partner
Hartlaw LLP are very proud to announce that Kate Robinson has been made a Partner of our firm, effective from 1st May 2016.
Kate joined the firm in 2008 and has specialised in Family Law since qualification in 2010. Kate is Resolution Trained Collaborative Lawyer and in February 2016 she became a Resolution Accredited Specialist with a particular specialism in cohabitation and child arrangements. She has also been accredited with the Help and Support for Separated Families mark.
Kate is a member of Resolution and is a committee member of Yorkshire Young Resolution. She is committed to resolving disputes in a dignified and non-confrontational way wherever possible.
Kate also has experience of running complex litigation in the Family Courts and ensures her client’s position is fully protected at all times.
Kate lives in Wetherby and is actively involved in the local community and has been Honorary Secretary of the Wetherby Business Association for the last 2 years.
